A New Orleans native and graduate of Howard University School of Law, Royce began his legal career as a judicial clerk for Judge Thomas Motley on the Superior Court for the District of Columbia before continuing his public service as Special Counsel at the Louisiana Supreme Court. These experiences shaped his disciplined, client-focused approach to the law and strengthened his commitment to fairness and justice.
